Pay: $18.00 per hour
Location: Sacramento, CA
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Summary

As an Entry-Level Fabricator, you will assist in forming, shaping, and assembling sheet metal products using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment in a manufacturing environment. Training will be provided to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders, drawings, labels, and instructions
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal products
• Operate fabrication equipment such as brakes, presses, beaders, and roll formers
• Use hand tools, power tools, and air-assisted tools safely and effectively
• Assemble frames, rods, rings, and metal components according to specifications
• Perform basic welding, soldering, fastening, and bonding tasks as needed
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process
• Follow production schedules and meet daily manufacturing goals
• Assist with inventory and material replenishment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Cross-train in additional fabrication and production functions

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or construction experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and machinery
