Executive Assistant to CEO (Commercial Real Estate Experience Required)
Calabasas, CA | Full-Time | On-Site Only
A respected commercial real estate investment and property management firm is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to directly support the CEO. Candidates must have experience in the commercial real estate sector to be considered.
What You’ll Do:

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting prep, and confidential communications.

Coordinate travel and handle real-time changes to itineraries.

Act as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

Attend and document key meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through.

Assist with real estate-related projects and vendor coordination.

Reconcile CEO expenses in collaboration with Accounting.
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years as an Executive Assistant, including 3+ years supporting a C-level executive.

Experience in commercial real estate or property management is required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Tech-savvy, especially with Google Suite.

Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Ability to travel 30–50% as needed.
