We are looking for multiple dependable and detail-oriented Food Manufacturing Kitchen Assistant to support production in our high-volume food manufacturing facility. The role involves assisting in food prep, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, industrial kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in the preparation of large-scale food batches according to recipes and production schedules

·       Weigh, measure, and handle ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and compliance

·       Operate industrial kitchen equipment (e.g., kettles, mixers, ovens, slicers) under supervision

·       Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and machinery according to food safety standards

·       Pack, label, and store finished food products as directed

·       Maintain accurate records of ingredients used and tasks completed when required

·       Monitor and report any equipment issues, product irregularities, or safety concerns

·       Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and quality control protocols (e.g., HACCP, GMP)

·       Support kitchen leads or line supervisors with ad hoc production tasks

 

Requirements:

·       Experience in a food manufacturing, industrial kitchen, or commercial production facility preferred

·       Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations (training provided if needed)

·       Ability to work quickly and accurately in a repetitive, high-volume setting

·       Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to [e.g., 25kg/50lbs]

·       Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in temperature-controlled environments

·       Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

·       Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, or extended hours when needed
