We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Madera, Fresno, and Sanger, California. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating sit-down forklifts to move materials and products within our clients warehouse facility.

Responsibilites:

1. Safe Operation: Operate sit-down forklifts in a safe and efficient manner, following all safety protocols and procedures.

2. Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials and products to and from storage areas, racks, machines, and vehicles using forklifts.

3. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by correctly labeling, identifying, and organizing materials.

4. Quality Control: Ensure that all products and materials are handled and stored according to company standards to prevent damage or loss.

5. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.

6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

7. Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including safety guidelines and environmental compliance.

8. Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to inventory movement and forklift operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a forklift operator, preferably with sit-down forklifts.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
