We are looking for a dependable Forklift Operator / Material Handling Associate to support daily warehouse operations in our Customer Fulfillment Center. This role includes operating forklifts, handling materials, and keeping the work area clean and safe.

• Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time temp to hire
• Location: Perryville MD 21903

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and bending.
• Pick orders, scan products with an RF scanner, and help maintain accurate inventory.
• Unload and sort returned materials (Tops, Bottoms, Sides).
• Replenish warehouse areas and stage materials in the correct locations.
• Sort, repair, and clear pallets (good/bad pallets).
• Load HM transfers and prepare materials for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certified.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
