We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to support our production warehouse team in the safe handling, movement, and staging of materials for our food manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have solid forklift operating experience and a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality.

Job Title: Forklift Operator
Schedule: Mon-Fri, All Shifts
Location: Sanger, CA 93657
Pay rate: $18/HR

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate forklifts to transport raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper pallet placement and preventing product damage.
• Stage materials for production runs and support daily workflow needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement records and assist with general warehouse organization.
• Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, and quality standards.
• Assist warehouse and production teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of forklift operating experience (stand-up or sit-down).
• Experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred.
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
