Are you an experienced stand-up reach forklift operator looking to earn extra income this season? We're hiring now for a fast-paced flower distribution center in Vernon, CA (90058). This is a Mother's Day peak season opportunity with plenty of overtime — great pay, immediate start.

Pay & Schedule

• $19.00/hr
• Swing shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 6 days per week + mandatory overtime
• Seasonal position with heavy overtime opportunity

What You'll Do

• Operate stand-up reach forklift to load, offload, and move product efficiently
• Fulfill orders accurately using product SKU numbers and labels for correct routing
• Pick, pack, shrink wrap, and palletize orders when not operating the lift
• Stage orders for transport and collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
• Follow all OSHA safety and warehouse driving regulations
• Maintain accuracy and care in a cold storage environment

What We're Looking For

• OSHA-certified forklift operator required
• 2–3 years of forklift experience required
• Stand-up reach forklift experience required — experience on sit-down, stand-up, turret, and/or clamp forklifts a plus
• Comfortable working in a cold storage / temperature-controlled environment
• Able to perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and palletizing
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and zero-damage handling
