Job Description:
Exact Staff is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Temporary Programs Information Representative (PIR) to support a busy front office in Oxnard, CA. This role serves as the first point of contact for callers and walk-in customers by providing information, assisting with applications, and performing administrative support duties.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working with the public in a fast-paced office environment.

- Job Type: Temporary | Part-Time
- Assignment Duration: July 27, 2026 – September 30, 2026 (Assignment may end earlier based on business needs.)
- Schedule: July 27 – July 31: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Beginning August 3: Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $21.10 per hour
Essential Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Answer incoming calls and provide general information regarding available programs and services.
Explain program eligibility requirements and respond to customer inquiries.
Assist customers with applications, including copying documents and routing paperwork to the appropriate department.
Refer customers to appropriate staff members for additional assistance.
Access and update client information using computer systems as needed.
Maintain daily logs of customer interactions and services provided.
Keep the reception area, lobby, and interview rooms organized, clean, and well stocked.
Disinfect lobby toys daily.
Distribute incoming mail and documents to staff or clients.
Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year of clerical or administrative experience involving extensive public contact in person and by telephone.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
