Golf Course Maintenance Technician (Irrigation / Landscaping / Tree Care)
Pay: $21–$22/hr+ DOE | Direct Hire | Full-Time | Overtime + Weekends Required
Exact Staff is hiring for our client seeking a skilled Golf Course Maintenance Technician to support a high-end country club in Framingham, MA. This role is ideal for someone with experience in irrigation, landscaping, or turf care who takes pride in maintaining premium outdoor environments.
Pay, Schedule, and Location:
- Pay Rate: $21.00–$22.00/hour+ (DOE)
- Schedule: Open availability required
- Overtime: Required as needed
- Weekend Work: Required
- Location: Framingham, MA 01702
- Status: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Maintain greens, fairways, and tee boxes to high-quality standards
- Operate, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems
- Support tree care including pruning, monitoring, and removal assistance
- Perform landscape work including planting and maintenance
- Monitor turf health and assist with corrective treatments
- Support seasonal projects and overall course improvements
Qualifications:
- Experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, or nursery work
- Knowledge of turf management, grass types, and plant identification
- Hands-on irrigation system experience (timers, valves, repairs) preferred
- Tree care or arborist experience is a plus
- Experience in high-end or detail-focused environments preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
