Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will visit residential and commercial properties to assess gutter systems, take measurements, and provide estimates for installation, repair, and gutter protection solutions. This role plays a key part in driving revenue through strong customer relationships and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of gutter systems and property exteriors
• Take accurate measurements for gutter installation and repair projects
• Provide detailed estimates for new installations, replacements, and repairs
• Educate customers on seamless gutters, gutter guards, and home improvement solutions
• Close sales by building trust and delivering excellent customer service
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare and send quotes using company software within required timelines (typically 48 hours)
• Support lead generation through networking and referrals as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outside sales, in-home sales, or construction/home improvement sales preferred
• Background in gutter installation, roofing, or home improvement retail is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Comfortable using technology for scheduling, quoting, and communication
• Ability to perform property inspections, including rooftops when necessary
