Hotel Housekeeper
Compton, CA | Full-Time | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Exact Staff is hiring for our client. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Hotel Housekeepers to join a professional hospitality team in Compton, CA. If you take pride in maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces, we want to hear from you.
This position is ideal for individuals with housekeeping, hotel cleaning, janitorial, or similar cleaning experience who are comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Changing bed linens and replacing towels and toiletries
- Vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and cleaning windows
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
- Restocking room amenities and supplies
- Inspecting rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or needed repairs and reporting them appropriately
- Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests
- Following all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for hotel guests
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks
- Dependable and able to maintain productivity throughout the shift
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
- Schedule: Full-Time; schedule may vary and will be provided on the first day
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Location: Compton, CA
