Exact Staff is hiring for our client. We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Manager (Spanish/English) for a food production facility in Sanger, CA. This is a unique opportunity for an HR professional ready to build an HR department from the ground up, establish systems and policies, and support a growing workforce.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR compliance, employee relations, workforce management, and staffing coordination, with the leadership skills to create structure and drive positive change.

Responsibilities / Qualifications

As the Bilingual Human Resources Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement HR systems, processes, and policies
  • Lead employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution efforts
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations
  • Support performance management, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational needs
  • Manage staffing agency relationships and temporary workforce coordination
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and employee documentation processes
  • Help build a strong workplace culture focused on communication and compliance

We’re looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Manager who has:

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
  • 5+ years of Human Resources leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of California labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations
  • Experience in food production, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
  • Experience building or improving HR infrastructure and procedures
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead in a fast-paced environment

Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Location: Sanger, CA
  • Starting Salary: $100,000 annually
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
