Exact Staff is hiring for our client an experienced IT Asset Management Team Lead to oversee daily operations within the Asset Management department. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, leading teams, and ensuring secure, efficient asset handling.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support Asset Management team members in daily operations
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and track inventory accurately
• Ensure secure handling, data wiping, and shredding of hard drives in accordance with NAID standards
• Train and retrain staff on procedures, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
• Support coordination with sales, logistics, and customer communication
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of relevant IT asset management or operations experience
• 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $21–$23 per hour
• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Location: Holliston, MA 01746
