• Location: Carpinteria, CA
  Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  Employment Type: Full-time
  Pay: $18.50 – $20 per hour
  

As an Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for managing stock, receiving products, and ensuring a steady flow of materials in the supply chain. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Industrial Power Fork Trucks to move products efficiently.
• Conduct cycle counts and provide reports to management.
• Pick and verify orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Stock materials onto shelves after receiving them from Shipping & Receiving.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the Warehouse Lead.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of warehouse experience, preferably in inventory.
• Ability to follow directions and learn quickly.
• Good computer skills and adaptability to inventory management systems.
• Capability to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
