Job Description:
As the Material Handler, you will be responsible for managing all stock items, ensuring the accurate receipt of products into the warehouse, fulfilling orders, and supporting the department to ensure a smooth and stable flow of materials.
You will also be picking orders for assembly and shipping, performing daily cycle counts, stocking materials, issuing and closing manufacturing orders (MOs), and printing pick lists, as well as general housekeeping duties.
Pay Rate: $18.50 – $20.00/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Occasional Overtime and Saturdays Required
Additional responsibilities include:
- Picking the orders and stock material for assembly and shipping.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Receive products and materials, ensuring correct handling and storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
Here are some of the parameters of the position you should be aware of:
- Pick approximately 15–20 orders daily.
- Handle around 35–45 customer order line items each day.
- Perform daily inventory counts of 10–15 items.
- Stock roughly 35–45 items daily.
- Physical tasks such as kneeling, crouching, and lifting heavier items.

This is what we will be looking for in your candidacy:
- You must be able to lift 50 lbs (assistance provided when needed).
- You are skilled in operating industrial power fork trucks and equipment.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You can follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
- You have Proficient computer skills.
- You are fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- You have the willingness to develop knowledge of inventory parts (estimated learning period: 3–6 months).
- You can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
