Job Description:

Our client is a leading company specializing in high-quality lighting solutions often found in theaters and opera houses. We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Associate to join our client’s operation, located in the city of Carpinteria, CA.

This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 2:30 pm. This is a seasonal position, but there could be a possibility of further employment if you do well with them.

As the inventory associate, you will be maintaining and handling all the stock items, receiving the product, and ensuring the stable flow of materials in the supply chain.

You will also:

·         Utilize and operate Industrial Power Fork Trucks to help move the product around

·         Conduct cycle counts and send the reports to the management department

·         Pick the orders from the shelves, and make sure they match the orders

·         Stock the materials on the shelves after receiving them from the S/R department

·         Other duties as needed, assigned by the Warehouse lead.

This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm. This is a seasonal position, but there could be a possibility of further employment if they like you.

This is what we will be looking for in your background and expertise:

  • You have at least 1 year of previous Warehouse experience, preferably in inventory.
  • You know how to take directions
  • You have good computer skills
  • You learn quickly. Our client will train you on their inventory process, but you have to be able to retain and remember the lessons they give you.
  • You need to be able to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.
  • You have a sharp attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
