We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support our client’s food manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer and data entry skills, a good understanding of inventory processes, and prior experience in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience is a plus, though not required.

 

Shift: 2nd, 1:30pm, Monday to Friday (may vary based on production needs and some OT on Saturdays)

Location: Sanger, California

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Track and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods

·       Perform data entry for all inventory transactions into the inventory management system

·       Assist in receiving shipments, verifying deliveries, and updating records

·       Conduct routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies

·       Help organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse

·       Collaborate with production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure material availability

·       Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed

·       Assist with inventory audits and month-end reporting

 

Qualifications:

·       High school diploma or equivalent

·       1+ years of inventory or warehouse experience (preferably in food manufacturing)

·       Forklift experience preferred but not required

·       Strong computer and data entry skills

·       Attention to detail and ability to work independently

·       Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse/production environment
