· Shifts Available: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM.

About the Role:

We are seeking Inventory Control candidates to join our client’s team in Wilsonville, OR. This position involves crucial thinking for maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring product quality within our produce operations. Ideal candidates have strong detailed skills, problem solving, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Performing cycle counts and meticulously compiling and maintaining records of the quantity
• Value of materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies in stock as well as items slated for return
• Researching root causes for count discrepancies to ensure our financial records are precise.
• Conduct quality checks on produce
• Play a supportive role in our product recall processes

Requirements:

• QA team member with 1-3 years of experience to join our Finance department
• High school degree or equivalent is required
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence clearly and concisely.
• Strong mathematical aptitude, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Hiring Requirements:

· As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check
