Exact Staff is hiring for our client! We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory & Data Entry Clerk to join a fast-paced food manufacturing team in Sanger, CA. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in accounting, bookkeeping, inventory control, or data entry who enjoy working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and capable of identifying and resolving discrepancies efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Enter and maintain accurate inventory, accounting, and production data
• Reconcile inventory records and investigate discrepancies
• Update and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and inventory reports
• Review reports for accuracy, completeness, and data integrity
• Assist with inventory tracking, recordkeeping, and documentation
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve inventory and data-related issues
• Maintain organized files and ensure records remain current and accurate
• Support inventory audits and cycle count as needed
• Follow company policies while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, inventory control, or data entry required
• Inventory reconciliation experience preferred
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data organization preferred
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong sense of accountability
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $22/HR
• Schedule: Full-Time, temp-to-hire
• Shift Available: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts)
• Location: Sanger, CA 93657
