Our client, a well-established electronics recycling company, is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & E-Commerce Listing Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for accurately posting electronics and related devices (such as memory sticks, components, and similar goods) on web-based sales platforms while ensuring inventory levels are correctly maintained.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits once hired permanently.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately list electronics and devices on web-based sales platforms
• Post detailed and correct product descriptions, quantities, and condition
• Maintain precise inventory records to ensure items listed online match onsite stock
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent overselling
• Coordinate with onsite staff to confirm product availability
• Perform routine inventory checks and updates
• Follow company procedures for accuracy and data integrity

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with inventory tracking or online product listings preferred
• Comfortable working with electronics and small devices
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with web-based systems
