About the Role

As the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of incoming and outgoing electronic materials. You’ll lead a team, maintain inventory accuracy, and help drive continuous improvement in processes and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate inventory control processes and maintain organized stock systems
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety goals
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of electronic materials
• Maintain shipping/receiving documentation and reports
• Collaborate with operations to improve workflow efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with inventory systems and warehouse software
