Junior Recruiter Position Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our Ontario team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people find meaningful work.

·        Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ( Must have open availibility; able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed)

·        Pay: $19 – $21 per hour (DOE)

·        Employment Type: Long-term with the opportunity for temp-to-hire based on performance, attendance, and reliability

As a Junior Recruiter, you will:

• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and our website.
• Review resumes and conduct phone screens.
• Schedule interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding and pre-employment steps.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for high-volume roles.
• Support job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach.
• Provide excellent service to both candidates and clients.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of staffing or recruiting experience.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish (required).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
