Exact Staff is hiring for our corporate team in Calabasas, CA for a full-time Junior Accounting & HR Support Specialist. This Junior Accounting & HR Support Specialist role is an onsite, in-office position (not remote) ideal for someone looking to build hands-on experience in accounting, HR support, and staffing operations.
Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Location: Calabasas, CA
- Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite / In-Office

As a Junior Accounting & HR Support Specialist, you will:
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily administrative and reporting tasks
- Post payments and assist with accounts payable and collections
- Support sales reporting and basic financial tracking
- Communicate professionally with clients and temporary associates
- Serve as a point of contact for inbound phone calls and email inquiries
- Research and source temporary associates to support staffing needs
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for staffing supervisors
- Manage associate onboarding through internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Adapt to changing priorities and assist with new projects as business needs evolve
Qualifications:
- Junior-level candidate interested in accounting and human resources
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with or interest in social media platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment
- Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required
