Logistics Coordinator | Warehouse & Shipping Jobs – Valencia, CA $20–$23/hr | Temp-to-Hire | Full Time | Start ASAP | Apply Today
Are you an organized, detail-driven logistics professional looking for a full-time opportunity with room to grow? We're hiring a Logistics Coordinator for an in-office role in Valencia, CA starting immediately. If you have 2+ years of logistics or warehouse experience and strong Excel skills — this one is for you.
Pay & Schedule
- $20.00 – $23.00/hr depending on experience
- Full time | Temp-to-Hire
- Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)
- In-office role
- Start date: ASAP
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound shipping, receiving, packing, labeling, and tracking
- Perform extensive data entry and maintain accurate shipment documentation
- Verify shipments against orders and resolve any discrepancies
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues
- Support logistics scheduling for local deliveries
- Obtain shipping quotes and select cost-effective carriers
- Conduct inventory counts and shipment audits
- Communicate with vendors, drivers, stores, and customers to coordinate logistics
- Assist with route planning and warehouse operations as needed
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of logistics and/or warehouse experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel — VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and shipment tracking reports required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office — Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with FedEx and UPS shipping platforms
- Knowledge of shipping operations, inventory systems, and route planning
- Extensive data entry experience with strong accuracy
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with flexibility in a changing environment
