Exact Staff is hiring a Luxury Automotive Consultant – Client Advisor to join our client's premium automotive sales team in Woodland Hills. This role goes beyond the transaction — it's about creating an exceptional client experience and building lasting relationships with customers, automotive enthusiasts, and repeat clientele. This position is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in automotive sales, luxury retail, hospitality, concierge-level service, or other relationship-based sales environments.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver an exceptional luxury automotive client experience from initial consultation through vehicle delivery
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized communication and follow-up
• Consult with customers to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and automotive needs
• Provide knowledgeable vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Guide clients through the complete purchase process with professionalism and attention to detail
• Develop repeat and referral business through outstanding service and relationship management
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and follow-up within CRM systems
• Stay current on product features, automotive technology, market trends, and competitive offerings
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

 

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred; 5+ years of luxury automotive experience highly valued
• Experience in consultative, concierge-level sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or relationship-based sales considered
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Professional, positive presence with excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet individual and team objectives
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client relationships
• Proficiency with CRM systems and technology platforms
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

 

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $18.42/hour plus uncapped commission (estimated annual earnings $90,000–$150,000+ based on performance)
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Shifts Available: First Shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Woodland Hills
