Exact Staff is seeking a motivated MRO Inventory Clerk for the area of Arvin, CA. This role plans, schedules, and coordinates a broad spectrum of preventive, routine, repair, and emergency maintenance activities, using the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) as a primary tool.

• 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:00pm

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years of maintenance, scheduling / planning experience and/or 5-10 years as a machine repair technician or equivalent combination of both, required.
• Prior experience in an agricultural and/or industrial environment, preferred.
• Prior project management and capital project experience, preferred.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (E-maint preferred).
  Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook, required.
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Utilize CMMS to track and report maintenance performance, including PM compliance, safety, and efficiency metrics.
• Verify and update material requirements in CMMS; ensure materials are available for scheduled work.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and parts personnel to organize and kit materials for upcoming jobs.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual PM schedules by equipment category.
• Manage inventory for fleet and farm equipment, ensuring accuracy and cost control.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for parts procurement and outsourced maintenance services.
• Work with managers and supervisors to set job priorities and optimize equipment downtime.
• Support maintenance and operations with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of PM programs.
• Ensure CMMS data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
