Exact Staff is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician – Level 1 to support daily maintenance operations within an industrial facility at our client's location. This entry-level role focuses on routine maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting while working under the guidance of senior maintenance personnel. This position plays an important role in maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient equipment and facility operations.

• Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
• Schedule: May include overtime, weekends, or flexible hours based on operational needs

Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections according to established schedules and procedures
• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance to support equipment reliability
• Conduct basic troubleshooting to identify common equipment or facility issues
• Support senior maintenance technicians during repairs, equipment servicing, and maintenance projects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, and maintenance needs promptly
• Accurately document completed tasks, inspections, and maintenance activities
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding equipment status

 

Maintenance Technician Working Conditions

Maintenance Technician Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to perform physical job duties in an industrial environment
