We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support facility and production equipment through preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment. This role helps ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

• Location: Camarillo, CA 93010
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM + half day Saturdays
• Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
• Pay Rate: $30–$32 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance (weekly, monthly, annual)
• Assist with machine changeovers and equipment setup
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow food safety, quality, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation
• Work overtime and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Experience with packaging equipment, mechanical systems, and basic electrical work
• Ability to read blueprints
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy physical work, including lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and working around industrial equipment
