Exact Staff is hiring for our client! We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support warehouse operations in Tangent, OR. This is a temporary 2–3 month assignment with competitive pay and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Location: Tangent, OR 97389
• Pay Rate: $25.00 – $31.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Full-time | Hours based on business needs
• Duration: 2–3 months (temporary assignment)
• Overtime: May be required

Responsibilities / Qualifications

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse equipment and machinery
• Clean, service, and lubricate mechanical components
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues or breakdowns
• Replace parts and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Maintain organized tools, inventory, and work areas
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with management
• Assist with equipment testing and adjustments

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who:

• Has a high school diploma or GED
• Has mechanical experience (4+ years preferred)
• Can operate a forklift or is willing to obtain certification
• Has strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Warehouse setting with exposure to machinery and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
