Exact Staff is hiring a creative, motivated, and experienced Marketing Lead to join our client’s team in Wasco, CA. Our client is an established company in the horticulture and nursery industry, specializing in the development, production, and distribution of premium rose varieties. This hands-on position serves as the primary marketing resource, responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, strengthening brand awareness, generating sales opportunities, and supporting customer engagement. You’ll manage marketing projects from concept through completion while assisting with customer service operations and administrative functions during peak seasons. This is a steady, full-time opportunity with weekly pay.

This position is ideal for individuals with marketing, social media, content creation, or graphic design experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for new product introductions, promotions, catalogs, and company initiatives
• Identify marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness and support sales growth
• Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
• Capture, edit, and organize photography and videography for marketing and promotional purposes
• Design brochures, catalogs, product sheets, signage, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials
• Maintain and update the company website, including content, landing pages, and user experience improvements
• Develop and support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications
• Create and manage digital advertising campaigns
• Monitor marketing performance, website analytics, social media engagement, and campaign results
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities
• Monitor and respond professionally to online reviews and customer feedback
• Assist with customer communications, inquiries, and order entry
• Provide administrative support to the Customer Service department as needed
• Support seasonal sales initiatives and customer engagement activities
• Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, industry events, and promotional activities
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, or a bachelor’s degree in marketing with relevant internship experience
• Strong experience in social media management and content creation
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs
• Intermediate photography and videography skills
• Basic website design and management experience, preferably Squarespace or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal business
• Flexibility to assist Customer Service during seasonal peak periods
• Occasional travel for trade shows and industry events; occasional outdoor work for photography, events, and customer visits

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $24.00-$31.00/hour, DOE
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Location: Wasco, CA (primarily office-based)
