We are seeking motivated individuals with 0–3 years of experience to join our team as Production/Manufacturing Associates. This temp-to-hire position is responsible for processing orders through packaging equipment according to specifications outlined on order tickets and within designated demand times. The associate will perform quality assurance checks to ensure product and weight accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess basic mathematical skills, computer proficiency, and product knowledge

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Rate: Up to $16.50 per hour

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Overtime: May be required, including some Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Perform general production and assembly work

• Assemble components and participate in process manufacturing

• Operate manufacturing machinery and assist machine operators

• Complete surface finishing and packaging tasks

• Box products and prepare them for shipment

• Scan materials and maintain accurate records

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• Quickly perform quality assurance checks for product and weight
