Position Overview:

Exact Staff is hiring for our client! We are seeking a dependable, outgoing, and self-motivated Mobile Hearing Conservation Technician to provide on-site hearing testing and hearing conservation services for employees working in high-noise environments, including manufacturing and industrial facilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys traveling, working independently, and delivering excellent customer service. Technicians primarily work from a mobile testing unit while traveling throughout California and neighboring western states. CAOHC certification is required for the position, but training and certification will be provided after hire.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform on-site hearing tests at customer locations.
• Educate employees on hearing conservation and proper hearing protection.
• Drive and operate a 30-foot mobile testing truck safely between job sites.
• Travel extensively throughout California.
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain testing records.
• Perform light administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
• Provide professional customer service while representing the company at client locations.
• Follow all DOT, safety, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid Real ID Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Comfortability and experience driving a 30-foot box truck.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to pass a DOT physical, federal background check, and pre-employment drug screening.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight travel.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $22/HR plus incentives
• Schedule: Full-Time,  8-12 hours, must be flexible
• Location: Fresno, CA 93720
