We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mobile Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant to join our growing team. In this full-time position, you will provide high-quality specimen collection services to patients in their homes, workplaces, and healthcare settings. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced, and committed to exceptional patient care.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week; occasional weekends
• Starting Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually
• Monthly Car Maintenance Stipend: $250
  

What You’ll Do

• Travel to patient locations using your own reliable vehicle
• Set up a mobile phlebotomy station ensuring safety and cleanliness
• Verify patient identity and explain procedures compassionately
• Performing venipunctures on patients of all ages and abilities
• Collect, label, and process specimens (including centrifugation)
• Record vitals, perform EKGs, and complete documentation accurately
• Ensure safe specimen transport and proper disposal of medical waste
• Deliver samples to labs or patient service centers promptly
• Communicate effectively with the operations and support team
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols

 

Requirements

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited national agency
• 5+ years of phlebotomy experience (mobile experience preferred)
• Proven ability to work with patients of all ages and abilities
• Proficient in venipuncture, centrifuging, EKGs, and specimen handling
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Tech-savvy with accurate typing/data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
