Now Hiring: Office Clerk (Part-Time)
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our accounting and route processing operations.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Average Hours: 30–35 hours per week
- Pay rate: $20 an hour
- Efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front Office Support
- Provide professional phone coverage and assist customers as needed
- Support daily route invoicing and ensure timely delivery processing
- Maintain and document customer complaint logs
- Assist with payment processing (limited credit card/ACH transactions)
Clerical & Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records of route sheets, remittances, and financial documents
- Perform accurate data entry and 10-key processing
- Assist with scanning, document management, and electronic recordkeeping
- Shred and recycle documents in accordance with company procedures
- Support internal coordination between accounting, warehouse, and front office teams
Accounting & Operational Support
- Balance and process daily route transactions
- Assist Accounts Payable with invoice sorting, pricing verification, and data entry (non-vendor related)
- Help coordinate product returns with Warehouse Operations
Qualifications
- Strong customer service mindset with professional communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in data entry and 10-key
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Team-oriented with a willingness to assist across departments
