Job Description:

Our client in Van Nuys is seeking a highly organized, bilingual Executive Assistant to support both personal and professional business operations. This role is ideal for someone who has prior EA experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position begins as part-time, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

Flexible scheduling is available—perfect for individuals with school-age children or personal commitments. Hours can be adjusted to accommodate drop-off and pick-up needs.

  • Location: Van Nuys, CA
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 4 hours per day (flexible)
  • Employment Type: Part-Time, with potential to become permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the executive across both personal and professional matters
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling changes
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Assist with personal tasks, errands, and organization projects as needed
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Support special projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English + Spanish preferred)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and general digital tools
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Must maintain discretion and handle confidential information

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday–Friday
  • Approximately 4 hours per day
  • Flexible hours (after school drop-off / before pick-up is perfectly acceptable)
  • Compensation is based on experience (discussed during interview)
