We are seeking a motivated Parking Lot Attendant for a Well-Known Agricultural Company in Arvin, CA. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience for guests, employees, or customers. You’ll be responsible for managing the flow of vehicles, assisting with parking, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the parking lot.

Temp to Hire

2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm

Pay Rate: $16.50/HR

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing Vehicles: Guide drivers to available parking spaces in an orderly and efficient manner.
• Monitoring Parking Areas: Oversee the parking lot to ensure vehicles are parked correctly and assist with any issues or concerns from customers.
• Providing Customer Assistance: Answer questions and assist customers with parking-related inquiries.
• Enforcing Parking Rules: Monitor parking lot for compliance with rules and regulations, issuing tickets or contacting security when necessary.
• Ensuring Safety: Monitor the lot for safety hazards and ensure vehicles and pedestrians are safe.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to manage and direct traffic effectively in a busy environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
