Job Description:
Exact Staff is hiring a Part-Time Customer Assistant for our client. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Pay: $17.50/hour
- Schedule: 20–25 hours per week, between 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible)
- Location: Bakersfield
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Prepare and manage invoices
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
