Bear, DE | Full-Time | First Shift (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Exact Staff is hiring dependable and motivated Picking & Packing Associates to join our warehouse team in Bear, Delaware. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Picking & Packing Associate, you'll be responsible for accurately picking products, packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining an organized and safe work area. This is a steady, full-time opportunity with weekly pay.

This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse, picking, packing, fulfillment, shipping, or distribution experience — though prior experience is not required.

What You'll Be Doing:

Pick products accurately according to orders
Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
Verify products and quantities for accuracy
Label and organize packages
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Meet productivity and quality expectations
Work effectively with team members and supervisors
Perform standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift

Qualifications:

Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
Able to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous warehouse, picking, packing, fulfillment, shipping, or distribution experience a plus but not required
Closed-toe, properly secured footwear required

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Shifts Available: First Shift, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Bear, DE 19709
Training: Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM (arrive ~15 minutes early)
