Picker Packer | Warehouse Associate – New Holland, PA
Exact Staff is hiring for our client! We are seeking dependable individuals for a Picker Packer / Warehouse Associate role in New Holland, PA. This is a great opportunity to get started quickly in a fast-paced warehouse environment with training provided.
Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Location: New Holland, PA
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | $16.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: Sunday–Wednesday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM | $17.50/hour
Responsibilities / Qualifications
As a Picker Packer / Warehouse Associate, you will:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory and stock organization
- Support receiving and general warehouse operations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
We’re looking for a Picker Packer / Warehouse Associate who:
- Can lift 30–50 lbs as needed
- Is reliable with strong attendance
- Can stand and walk for the full shift
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- No experience required – training provided!
