Exact Staff is hiring dependable and motivated Picking & Packing Associates to join our warehouse team in NEW HOLLAND, PA 17557. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Picking & Packing Associate, you'll be responsible for accurately picking products, packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining an organized and safe work area. This is a steady, full-time opportunity with weekly pay.

This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse, picking, packing, fulfillment, shipping, or distribution experience — though prior experience is not required.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Pick products accurately according to orders
• Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Verify products and quantities for accuracy
• Label and organize packages
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Meet productivity and quality expectations
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift

Qualifications:

• Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, fulfillment, shipping, or distribution experience a plus but not required
• Closed-toe, properly secured footwear required

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Shifts Available: First Shift, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
