Sanger, CA | Full-Time | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available

Exact Staff is hiring for our client! We are seeking dependable Picker/Stackers to join a clean, fast-paced baby food packaging operation in Sanger, CA. If you're looking for steady full-time work, weekly pay, and an opportunity to grow with a supportive team, we want to hear from you.

This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse, production, packaging, order picking, stacking, palletizing, food manufacturing, or general labor experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Picking, packing, and stacking packaged baby food products
  • Inspecting products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
  • Labeling boxes and preparing orders for shipment
  • Maintaining production goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Keeping the work area clean, organized, and food-safe
  • Following food safety, GMP, and workplace safety procedures at all times
  • Working closely with team members and supervisors to support daily operations
  • Reporting equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse, production, packaging, or general labor experience preferred
  • At least one (1) year of warehouse or production experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic math and counting skills
  • Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay, Schedule & Location

  • Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Shifts Available:
    • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM Start
    • 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM Start
    • 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM Start
  • Location: Sanger, CA
