Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Start at 5:00 AM
• 2nd Shift: Start at 1:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Start at 9:00 PM

Picker/Stacker Job Responsibilities

• Carefully pack baby food products into boxes, ensuring items are secure and undamaged.
• Inspect products for defects and confirm quality standards are met.
• Accurately label boxes with product and shipment information.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Report hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Meet daily packing and stacking quotas.
• Work efficiently with team members to keep production running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area.

Picker/Stacker Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse or packaging experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
