Exact Staff is hiring a Facilities Plumber and Maintenance Technician in Claremont, CA for a vibrant college campus. Pay & Schedule

• $24.00/hr
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Day shift — no weekends
• Must be flexible for after-hours emergency call-ins as needed

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and appliances
• Handle facility renovations, repairs, and cost estimates — keeping projects on budget and on time
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, lighting, motor controls, and low-voltage systems
• Maintain plumbing fixtures, unclog drains, and repair toilets and faucets
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Operate campus vehicles or carts to transport tools and materials
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to emergency call-ins as needed
