We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team immediately. The ideal Dispatcher will be highly organized, capable of managing a high volume of calls, and comfortable coordinating communication between customers and field staff in a fast-paced environment. Previous plumbing experience is a plus and may increase earning potential.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

• $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience

• Opportunity to earn more with prior plumbing experience

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently as a Dispatcher

• Schedule and book service calls using dispatching systems

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service details, timing, and updates

• Coordinate daily operations between plumbers and the dispatching office

• Maintain accurate records, filing, and perform additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Prior Dispatcher or dispatching experience required

• 1–2 years of previous plumbing experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to lift 75–100 lbs
