Exact Staff is hiring for our client. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Powdercoat Coater to support powder coating operations in a busy steel fabrication facility in Eugene, OR. This position is ideal for individuals with powder coating, industrial painting, manufacturing, metal fabrication, or production experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Apply powder coating to fabricated metal parts while maintaining quality and production standards
• Operate and monitor powder coating application and recovery equipment
• Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and production schedules
• Inspect finished products for quality and report inconsistencies to the Powdercoat Supervisor
• Maintain powder inventory and accurately record processing information
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Complete required production paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, office staff, and production employees
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards
• Perform general production and powder coating duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Previous powder coating, industrial painting, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Basic math skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay, Schedule, and Location
• Pay Rate: $18.00 -$20.00
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 6:00AM-3:30PM (Hours may vary)
• Location: Eugene, OR 97402
