Exact Staff is hiring a Process Inspector & Shipping Clerk to support our client’s manufacturing operations in Oxnard. This Process Inspector & Shipping Clerk role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working in both inspection and shipping functions. The Process Inspector & Shipping Clerk will play a key role in ensuring product accuracy, maintaining records, and supporting daily shipping activities.

 

Process Inspector & Shipping Clerk

Location: Oxnard, CA
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule:

• Week 1: 4–6 hours per day (training period)
• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

 

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain shipping reports using Microsoft Excel
• Verify orders for accuracy prior to shipment
• Perform in-process inspections and document findings
• Follow verbal and written instructions with accuracy
• Assist with general production and shipping department tasks
• Maintain organized and accurate records

 

Qualifications:

• Bilingual preferred
• Strong basic math skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
