Exact Staff is hiring a Production Associate for our client’s food-processing team in Roseville, CA. We’re looking for dependable, flexible, and hardworking individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and teamwork. This is a steady opportunity with weekly pay.

This position is ideal for individuals with food production, manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience, though prior experience is not required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive production tasks
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Rotate between tasks and workstations as needed
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Follow food-safety and hygiene requirements
• Wear required PPE, including gloves and hairnets or beard nets as needed
• Follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures
• Work respectfully with all team members and support an inclusive workplace
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Follow company policies, including drug-free workplace requirements

Qualifications:

• Dependable, punctual, and flexible
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Food production, manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred, but not required

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start; overtime may be required
• Location: Roseville, CA 95747
