Gardena, CA | Full-Time | First Shift (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Exact Staff is hiring motivated and detail-oriented Production Line Associates for our client, a company specializing in vitamins and dietary supplements in Gardena, CA.

This position is a hands-on production role involving the mixing, compounding, packaging, and sealing of vitamin and supplement products while following established safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with previous experience in a consumer goods manufacturing environment, including cosmetics, food, health, pharmaceutical, wellness, or related industries.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Mix raw materials and ingredients according to precise formulas and production specifications
• Measure, weigh, and combine ingredients to create product batches accurately
• Follow established procedures to ensure the correct quantity and quality of ingredients are used
• Package finished vitamins and supplement products into bottles, jars, packets, and other containers
• Operate sealing equipment and machinery to properly seal finished products
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process and report inconsistencies, defects, or other concerns to the supervisor
• Safely operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Perform basic troubleshooting of production equipment as needed
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality standards
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, organized, and safe production area to help prevent contamination and accidents
• Accurately record batch information, ingredient quantities, production output, and other required production data
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging supplies, and other production materials
• Report material shortages or inventory concerns to the supervisor
• Work closely with quality control, packaging, and shipping teams to maintain a smooth production process
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a consumer goods manufacturing environment required
• Experience in cosmetic, food, health, pharmaceutical, wellness, supplement, or related manufacturing is preferred
• Ability to follow formulas, production instructions, and established procedures accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
• Ability to accurately measure, weigh, and handle ingredients and materials
• Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety procedures
• Comfortable working with production machinery and equipment
• Ability to identify and report quality issues, inconsistencies, or defects
• Basic record-keeping and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Dependable attendance and strong work habits
• Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and other team members
• Comfortable performing hands-on production work in a steady-paced environment

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
• Shift: First Shift, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Gardena, CA (On-Site)
