Now Hiring: Production Packaging Associates
Are you looking for an entry-level opportunity in a
fast-paced warehouse environment? Join our team as a Production Packaging
Associate and help us keep our operations running smoothly!
Shifts Available (Monday–Friday):
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Pay: $16.00/hr
Position Overview:
As a Production Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for properly
packaging materials and finished products, operating packaging equipment,
moving materials, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP). This is an excellent opportunity for team-oriented individuals seeking
hands-on experience in manufacturing and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to your work schedule.
- Work effectively as part of a team and follow company policies.
- Keep your work area neat, organized, and clean.
- Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams.
- Collect dropped bottles and place them into designated bins.
- Inspect bottles for quality and escalate any defects or abnormalities.
- Monitor packaging supply levels and replenish as needed.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of products according to customer requirements.
- Move finished goods to designated areas.
- Set up and organize workstations efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Entry-level position – no prior experience required.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a safe work environment.
- Team-oriented with strong work ethic and punctuality.
