Exact Staff is hiring a Production Technician to join our client's manufacturing team in Ventura, CA. Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and looking for a career where your work makes a difference? In this role, you'll help assemble high-quality industrial safety products used around the world, working with tools, following quality standards, and collaborating with a team on a purpose-driven production floor. This is a steady, full-time opportunity with weekly pay and room to grow in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on assembly, production, or mechanical/electrical assembly experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and assemble industrial parts, subassemblies, and systems
• Read and interpret drawings and work instructions
• Use hand tools and hardware to assemble finished products
• Maintain high quality and safety standards throughout the production process
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience using basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, etc.)
• Wiring and tubing experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willingness to assist coworkers and support production needs

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $22.00–$27.00/hour, DOE
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Shifts Available: First Shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: Ventura, CA
